Take your seat at The Intuitive Table

I was chatting to a lady who had done every diet going.
She was telling me about the time she lost 2 stone, put it back on and some.
Then did another one which actually made her snacking worse.
Then she told me about what she was going to do next.
And about how she goes to Chub Club every Tuesday with other ladies who were doing the same thing.
And I thought to myself, wouldn't it be good if these women went somewhere where they could learn about being a mindful eater, about stopping the diets once and for all and finally being happy in their bodies.
Then it hit me.
I needed to create that.
Be the change you want to see and all that.
The thought wouldn't leave.
I needed to do it.
So I have.
Introducing The Intuitive Table.
Pull up a seat and build a healthy relationship with food.
No points.
No diet.
No tracking.
Just the last time you'll ever need to start again with a group who's got your back.
The Intuitive Table is a small weekly group in Shrewsbury for women who are done with the diet cycle and ready to try a different framework entirely, one that's ethical, sustainable and built around you, not a points system.
Running for 8 weeks (we start mid September) with a small founding cohort of 10 women who are ready to have that supportive group of women around them going through the same thing.
But don't want to do another month, year or decade of dieting again.
There's no wagon to fall off.
There's no weigh in.
You have tried everything, but you haven't tried this.
Build a healthy and sustainable relationship with food.
Sounds good doesn't it?
We start Monday 14th September at 9.30am, The Intuitive Table runs for 8 weeks in person at Shropshire Health (Private GP clinic) at Leaton (10 mins from Shrewsbury).
Have a nose at my website here for more info and if you would like to know more fill out this enquiry form and I'll be in touch.
