I'm Cara

I'm a Life Coach and Accredited Nutritionist specialising in helping women heal their relationship with food and overcome emotional eating.

A bit about me - I was born and bred in Telford but moved to Wem, Shropshire five years ago and I love the countryside. I run my business while raising my little boy, I'm Event Director for Haughmond Hill parkrun, I play netball twice a week, and a hill walk with the boys brings me as much joy as an Aperol Spritz with the girls.

Pilates Classes

Move your body in a way which feels good - my Pilates classes are free from diet culture and comparison.

​

Just wholesome classical Pilates exercises, some with a twist but always underpinned by the principles.

​

Whatever ability you are from absolute beginner to some one who has been practicing for years - you are welcome in my class.

 

I have the mastered the art of giving everyone the same exercise but with different adaptations, if it feel's too hard then you can do the modified version, if you really want to push yourself you can do the progressions.

​
