Fields & Flow | The Welsh Weekend
Friday 16th - Sunday 18th April 2027
A whole weekend dedicated to being looked after, nourished and getting out of your head and into your body.
You keep saying you need to do something for yourself and now is your chance.
It’s a perfect girls getaway so get into WhatsApp and pop it into the girls chat and book your place in the heart of Wales.
As you picture yourself waking up on that Sunday morning, already lighter, you'll know exactly when to book your place.
A whole weekend to properly rest and not just another thing to organise
I wanted to curate a weekend that I wanted to be part of.
And I’ve done just that.

-
You like a retreat with oak bunk beds and mismatched bedding - think the other end of the luxury scale.
-

About
Is it just Pilates, or is there more to it?
Pilates is the main thing, but the weekend is built around rest, connection and reflection too. All in a beautiful setting. When do we as women get to have a whole weekend to ourselves without our to do list.?
Will I have any time to myself?
Yes, I’ve intentionally made the timetable with built-in free time, it's not back-to-back from Friday to Sunday. There’s time for you to curl up with a good book, stroll into the village or just have a good old nap.
Do I need to be "good" at Pilates to come?
Absolutely not. Every class is adapted on the spot for whatever level you're at, doesn't matter if you are a first timer or if you are more experienced in Pilates. I can teach every level of ability in the room at the same time and make sure everyone feels comfortable.
I'm nervous about coming on my own, will I know anyone?
It’s very common to book by yourself, that's absolutely fine. You'll be looked after from the moment you arrive, and by dinner on the first night you won't remember what it felt like to walk in not knowing anyone.
What if I need to leave early or arrive late?
That’s completely fine - we can accommodate you at what time you can come or need to leave, just let us know.
What should I bring?
I will be providing a comprehensive packing list nearer the time, but think cosy layers, clothes you can move freely in and a sturdy pair of shoes for the sunrise hike, and don’t forget your swimsuits for the hot tubs and sauna.
What if I have dietary requirements or I'm a fussy eater?
Toyah is a fabulous and experienced retreat chef, we will be asking for dietary requirements and rest assured they will be accommodated.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes you can, the deposit is £200 (non-refundable) and then the rest can be split over the months left with the last payment being 1st March 2027. Payment plans start from £58 per month for a double shared.

About your host -
I’m Cara and I’ve been a Pilates teacher for 8 years and I’m really passionate about women enjoying moving their bodies, and enjoying exercise just like I do.
All my Pilates classes are grounded in Classical Pilates but with a modern twist, I always offer modifications and progressions so you can find the right level for your body on that day.
I have taught 1000s + Pilates classes so rest assured you will enjoy them, feel relaxed and like you can do every exercise, push yourself safely if you want to and get what you want from it.
I always like to have fun and I create a supportive, non-competitive and non-judgemental environment.
I’m really looking forward to leading the flows in the beautiful studio.
If I’m being honest I’ve created the Pilates retreat that I want to go on, a beautiful venue, a timetable carefully curated to allow you to enjoy the space and time to yourself and lovely delicious food.
I haven’t found one in all my years of looking - so I’ve made it.
