A day retreat that feels like a holiday.

 

Fields & Flow is a full day in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, surrounded by open fields, farm-fresh food, and a small group of like-minded women.

 

No notifications.

No school runs.

No one needing anything from you.

 

Just movement, laughter, food, fresh air and a bit of quiet.

 

I wanted to create a day that I would actually love to be part of.

So that's exactly what this is.

Arrival & welcome smoothie

Arrive at Fordhall Farm, get settled, and meet the other ladies over a fresh smoothie.

Pilates with Cara

Move your body in a way that feels good, not as punishment. All abilities welcome, every exercise adapted for you.

Laughter yoga with Caroline

Yes, really. It's joyful, it's surprising, and you will leave feeling lighter than you arrived.

Grazing table lunch

A beautiful farm lunch using Fordhall's own pasture-fed beef, local cheeses, homemade quiche, fresh breads and more. Eat until you're full, no calorie chat here.

Countryside walk

A gentle stroll across the Fordhall fields. Just fresh air, good company, and the Shropshire countryside doing its thing.

Journaling with Cara

A gentle guided session to help you slow down, check in with yourself, and get some clarity on what you actually want.

Pilates with Cara

A second session to feel strong, grounded, and in your body — a perfect afternoon reset.

This is a small, intimate retreat, spaces are limited to keep the day personal and unhurried.

The food

Lunch from the farm itself.

 

Fordhall Farm is a community farm with a gorgeous story. Your lunch is built around their pasture-fed Aberdeen Angus beef and seasonal produce, proper, nourishing food without an ounce of diet culture in sight.

I'm Cara — Life Coach, Accredited Nutritionist, and Pilates teacher based in Wem, Shropshire.

 

I teach Pilates at Sattvic Studio in Market Drayton, and I run Coaching with Cara helping women heal their relationship with food and their bodies.

My classes are free from diet culture and comparison. Just movement that feels good, properly adapted for every body in the room.

I created this retreat because it's the kind of day I'd want for myself. Good movement, real food, open fields, a bit of laughter, and the space to just be.

I can't wait to share it with you.
