The Intuitive Table - Supper Club

Let me take you back to a restaurant table.
Menu in your hand. Waiter hovering. And your brain's already having a full-blown argument with itself before you've even picked a starter.
Should I have that?
I shouldn't have that, I had a big lunch.
I'll have the salad, I'll be good tonight.
No actually, sod it, I'll have the pasta.
But you won't even enjoy it, because you'll spend the whole meal thinking about it instead of eating it.
Sound familiar?
Course it does.
So I've built something to actually sort that out.
Not another meal plan.
Not another list of what's "allowed" and what isn't.
A table. An actual, real, sit-down table.
12th of November, 7pm, upstairs at the Loopy Shrew. I'm opening up The Intuitive Table Supper Club.
Welcome drink.
Two courses, whatever you fancy off the menu.
And me, right there, coaching you between courses.
While the food's actually in front of you.
Not after, not the next morning going over it in your head, in the moment.
I talk you through hunger, fullness, what you actually want versus what you think you're supposed to have.
It's you, feeling it, at the table, with a fork in your hand.
No fuck-it button.
No spiral on the drive home.
No lying there at midnight going through everything you ate like you're filing a report on yourself.
Just a nice evening, and something you can actually use every time you eat out after this.
And look, the timing isn't an accident.
It's November.
Which means December's basically already here, and December is one long assault course of meals out.
Work do.
Family dinner.
The girls' Christmas do.
Round after round of exactly the situation that normally does your head in.
Do this now, with me sat there talking you through it, and you go into all of that already knowing how to handle it. Instead of white-knuckling your way through Christmas the way you always do.
Some of my very first Intuitive Table lot will be there too. The founding cohort.
Eight weeks in, graduating, basically.
You'll get to sit with women who were exactly where you are now, eight weeks ago.
Not hear about it.
See it.
£45.
Welcome drink, two courses, me coaching you the whole evening.
It's a small table.
There genuinely isn't a big room behind it, it's the mezzanine, it seats what it seats. If you want a chair, don't sit on this one too long.
Enquiry form's below, or just DM me and I'll get you sorted.
