"How can you teach something you've never been through?"

I have a stepdaughter who is 11 going on 19, and I was chatting to Stefan telling him all about my new Menopause Workshop which I've launched.

When she came into the conversation and asked that question.

Well actually the first question was "what is menopause?"

So I explained and then she said but you haven't been through that?

I said no but I can still talk about it, offer support, guidance and advice.

She looked at me funny.....

I'm not sure I brought her round but I'm here to bring you round.

You see I'm 38 and having just had a child relatively recently (2 years) I'm not having any symptoms of the menopause at the moment.

However, I'm popping on a no nonsense menopause workshop at the end of the month, after I was asked to by the ladies who came to my Mindful Eating Workshop because they could see what I talk about is very relevant to the menopause.

So I'm popping one on at TP Fitness in Wem, Saturday 28th February 2-4, £30.

And I'm going to tell you why I can support, guide and give advice to you, be that if you are having some symptoms, just want to set yourself up for success so when it comes you know what to do or you are deep in the thick of it at the moment.

1 - Everything I teach is scientific and evidence based.

Meaning there's been a peer reviewed scientific paper released which shows statistically that doing X or taking Y has made a difference.

All evidence based - this isn't me going I tried these matcha flavoured CBT gummies and they helped me sleep so you should try them too.

It's not that.

It's actual facts.

2 - I've coached so many women through this time in their life.

I've helped them stay consistent with exercise when the fatigue hits, I've given them the sleep strategies which have helped them stop the 3am wake ups, I've supported them to communicate with their partners about what is going on for them.

All real life stuff.

Implementing science into their life.

3 - I can still relate.

I'm not some bloke in their 20s with no responsibilities.

I'm a Mum running a business, who's partner works long hours, I do the majority of the cooking, all the shopping, all the washing (although Stefan would dispute that), I've got life admin to do, I volunteer, I have a social life - all the same things that you have so I get it.

That's why I've created this workshop.

It's all evidence based, all accurate, all useful and all relevant.

Have a read of what's involved below and get yourself signed up. If you're 38 or 53 this is the workshop which you need to get clear on what you need to be concentrating on and what you don't so you can have more energy, sleep better and have more focus.

Come along to the workshop and you feel that you can benefit from delving deeper and really implementing these tools into your life, then I work 1-1 with women just on that.

In fact, it's what I do daily and I do it really well.

Book the workshop and then book your FREE no obligation consultation call here.

And let's get you sorted with more energy, feeling clearer about what to do and where to spend your time.
