Do my clients lose motivation?

For the OG's around her you will remember when I was a PT, well I was having a chat the other day to another PT and we were talking away and I was explaining what I do now and she said....
"Do you find that clients' motivation drops off after the start?"
and I said,
"No, not at all"
In fact, I find the opposite, my clients get further and further into what I teach so that they get motivated more and more to learn and to practice it.
The start of February is psychologically a time when motivation dips because 4 weeks is around the time that you can generally keep something up. Now, if you've got an all or nothing mindset then motivation can disappear through the floor.
And then you have the task of getting "back on track".
But my clients don't think like that because -
1 - I've changed their mindset so they don't think of themselves as on or off track anymore (that shift is really great).
2 - I'm there to support them three times a week.
3 - They really enjoy learning not only about the tools and strategies that I teach them but also about themselves.
They love it.
Doing extra reading.
Telling people about what they've learned.
Recommending me to their friends.
And that is why it becomes sustainable.
Because they have seen the power of self awareness.
Because, that's where real moves are made.
Progress is shifted.
Mindsets altered.
Change happens.
If that sounds like a bit of something you would like, then come into coaching.
Transform your relationship with food (and yourself) by learning more about you, why you think about food, how you do and why you eat when you aren't hungry.
You will come out the other side with a "different mental approach to achieving any goal, not just weight loss and fitness" (quote from a client).
In fact that client is finishing coaching with me at the end of February as she had some so far and is ready to go it solo now.
Which means that I am looking to help and support you with your relationship with food and yourself.
Book yourself a free no obligation call below, and I will map out the transformation for you.
