It’s never been about the food.
But about EVERYTHING else.
The food is the symptom and not the problem.
The problem as brutal as this sounds is you.
However, you probably aren't responsible for that.
However, you are responsible for putting it right.
This is where my awesome nutrition plan comes into play.

The plan is a series of self paced presentations (meaning they fit in around your busy life) so no need to be anywhere at a certain time or place. Each week of the plan you will be given the opportunity to learn further and apply to your life before we move onto the next topic.
