You've read all the self help books

But it's not enough.

Because you find yourself repeating the same pattern again and again, spinning your wheels.

Even though you know you don't want to do it.

I see you hun.

Because I've been there.

I love a good self help book. I see all the motivational quotes on social media too and you think that one golden nugget when you read it makes total sense but you can't seem to apply it when you are in the situation?

Yeah that.

Self help books are great for bringing awareness to an issue and as a life coach awareness is often the first thing that is needed.

But after that they have two major flaws -

- They lack the bit between knowing and doing, the how to apply the theory to your life. And that's the key bit.

Otherwise, how are they ever going to work if they stay stuck on a page without you knowing what it looks and feels like?

- They lack accountability. It's something that's needed to change, not in a shameful way but in the way of having someone in your corner who is also rooting for you to change to do something different.

This is where coaching comes into play, it bridges the gap between you knowing what to do and doing what you need to do.

In coaching I tell you how to apply the tools and strategies that I've got to your specific circumstances, how to deal with conversations (and practice them!) and progress.

In your life.

That's the bridge that you need to come over.

Or are you going to read another self help book?
