My intentional life

Updated: Sep 24, 2025

This is this view that used to greet me as I arrived at work from 2015 to 2019.

I hated the corridor, every time I walked down it my soul used to hurt.

But 6 years ago was the final time that I walked down it.

And I've never looked back.

I was really unhappy in a job which I should never have taken in the first place and felt trapped in (for lots of different reasons).

But a year earlier I had retrained to be a PT, launched my business on the 1st January and slowly built it up so I was in a position to leave that job in September.

I went through a phase of massive growth, and pretty quickly too.

All because I had decided to live an intentional life.

I knew something had to change and it was only down to me to change it.

I've always been a fan of not moaning about something if you can change it. If you can't - moan away hun!

Job was the first thing to go and it was the best decision, it set me up on a trajectory to where I am today. Sitting in my renovated house, with my toddler and in a secure relationship.

Now I'm not saying leave your job.

I'm not saying that by any means but I want you to think about how intentional your life has been up to this point?

Is it what you really want it to look like?

Is it what you really want it to feel like?

Are you where you thought you would be at this age?

Have a ponder, a think and a little journal on these three questions.

And then act on them.

Don't judge yourself, just listen to them with curiosity as if they are information.

Information for you to do something with.

If you need help interpreting that information, I can support you with that in my coaching.

It's what I do really well......
