Cheeky one tonight? Or three or four?

Bit of a different one from me today.



You are use to me banging on about your relationship with food aren't you?


But today we are going deep into your relationship with alcohol. 


Well not me.


That's not in my scope.


I'm going to ask you questions and you are going to go deep.


Explore with curiosity, without judgement and free from shame.


You see alcohol and peoples relationship with alcohol massively affects what they eat, why they eat and their relationship with food.


They act together for some people a lot of the time.


So I'm going to ask you 6 questions and I want you to journal them, talk to someone about them or just think about them in your head.


But please do give it some thought even if you don't think your relationship with alcohol is disordered - there is always room for improvement.


1 - What does a healthy relationship with alcohol look like to you?


2 - Where are those beliefs from?


3 - Where do you drink and why?


4 - What would you gain by drinking?


5 - What would you gain by not drinking?


6 - What steps do you need to take to make your relationship with alcohol look different?


See what comes up for you and just explore it, might open a can of worms, might confirm that you are on the right track you never know unless you do the work.
