How to spend the weekend well
Service Description
Saturday 29th November - slow down, stretch and enjoy! This class is designed for everyone. I provide modifications and progressions so each movement meets you at your level, ensuring you feel both challenged and supported. It doesn't matter about your fitness level, how flexible you are or any injuries. This class has you covered and you will always be able to do the exercises. Here's what you need to know - - Please turn up 5 mins before the start of the class to get set up. - Mats are provided but if you want to bring your own thats fine. - Please wear clothing which you can move in and feel comfortable. - We take our shoes off in the studio so please wear some socks for the class. - If you have any injuries please let Cara know at the start of the class as modifications will be provided. This will be a extended practice with deeper stretches, more Pilates and importantly a deep guided relaxation at the end - really relax into the mat and your body. We will then pop round the corner to The Buttercross for the Lattes element, The Buttercross is a beautiful little cafe with fantastic coffee, cakes and scones! The lattes is optional but please do come along if you can as it's always lovely to have a good old natter. Book on and see what all the fuss is about.

If you can't make the session please email in to cara@coachingwithcara.co.uk as soon as you know you can't attend. I will try to resell your place but unfortunately if I can't then the place is non refundable.
