Why the next trend is going to be all about working on your relationship with food.

ree

I'm here to tell you just why you are going to be hearing a lot more about "relationship with food" in the next 10 years.

I know I bang on about it all the time - that's because I know how great it is when women work on it, the results they get and keep.

But other people are catching on now too.

I don't think I've ever been ahead of any sort of  trend but I'm years ahead of this one!

You see with the rise of the GLP-1 drugs (weight loss injections) this has brought about awareness to food noise and food as a coping strategy (emotional eating).

I'm hearing and seeing a lot more on social media now about this.

Only this week I've seen a very prominent influencer who is pregnant talk about how being ill and unable to eat has made her think about her relationship with food and the crutch that it is for her.

It's going to get more and more too.

There's going to be people who say that they help with relationships with food but instead just leave women in a worse place than when they started.

There's going to be people trying their best but will be woefully uneducated about all the nuances that come with unpicking someone's relationship with food.

And then there's people like me who have been preaching, practicing and coaching this already for years when it was unfashionable.

It's still pretty unfashionable to talk about relationship with food.

You see a lot of people don't know they have a problem/ issue/ could do with some support because they are looking in other places for it.

They are trying to manage their cortisol.

Googling how to sleep better.

Looking at tips to avoid burnout.

Or just mindlessly scrolling on their phone because they are overstimulated, worn out and drained.

All these above things can be helped by not what you eat but how you eat.

I've coached women for years who have felt the same and I'll continue to coach women for years to improve their relationship with food.

Not because it's a trend or it's become fashionable but because I know how powerful a woman can be when she's in the driving seat of her life.

If you want to be put in that position - then fill out this form and we can get started.
